Hygrophila Salicifolia Narrow Leaf

Description

Hygrophila salicifolia Narrow Leaf is a narrower leaved version of the Willow-leaf Hygrophila. When grown emersed (the way Aqua Essentials hold all their plants), purple flowers start to grow making it very attractive. Once grown under water the stems are actually relatively solid and look best when left to grow to30cm tall.

In general Hygrophila salicifolia Narrow Leaf is another easy plant that is not that demanding. Benefits form the addition of liquid carbon (use Neutro CO2) and a general fertiliser (use Neutro T). And don’t forget if you do let it grow above the water line (recommended) then look out for those flowers!
