Absolutely top notch.
Received my order of live fish today. They were so patient with me as the order changed more than once. Service first rate and on arrival one fish was unfortunately DOA. But as soon as I emailed them with a short video it was dealt with. Truly professional and courteous.

Very happy. Love the new extension lots of choice. Always healthy looking fish and great advice. Their prices haven’t really changed since they opened like many other businesses which is great. This store should definitely be recognised more as its a great local business.

Only been here once for a goldfish for my daughter but the guy was really helpful & friendly. The fish is still going strong 9 months later (in fact it has grown massive!!)
