Description

Tropheus Red Moorii, often representing variants like the Red Rainbow (Kasanga) or Red Moliro, are highly prized, aggressive herbivorous cichlids endemic to the rocky shores of Lake Tanganyika. Reaching 10–15 cm, they exhibit vibrant red to orange-red coloration, requiring large tanks (minimum 75-90 gallons/300-400L) with heavy rockwork for hiding and algae grazing.
