Description

Material & Features
- Coating: The gravel is coated in a non-toxic epoxy paint. This ensures that the deep black and bright white colors do not fade under aquarium lighting or alter the water chemistry (pH neutral).

Preparation & Usage Advice
- Pre-washing: Like all aquarium substrates, it must be thoroughly rinsed in cold tap water before being placed into the tank to remove any residual dust from transit. Do not use soap or detergents.
- Tank Coverage: A single 2Kg bag is relatively small. As a baseline rule of thumb, a 2Kg bag will cover an area of roughly 20cm x 20cm (8″ x 8″) to a depth of approximately 2.5cm (1 inch).
